Welcome to "DA-TalentScout" community! FOR SCOUT - each accepted suggestion of work by other artist - 10 points IDEA 1. Look for unknown, but truly talented artists and photographers, give a wide range of people, who appreciate and collect art in DA, the opportunity to get to know new artists. Support and encourage talented people in different way, help them (monthly and weekly) by means of DeviantArt subscriptions and dev points. 2. Establish the group of like-minded people – SCOUTS – who do want to find and discover new talents here and will watch and in every way support them afterwards. Community’s Administrators will stimulate in their turn the interest of Scouts giving them different bonuses!  Only members can suggest artworks! You can suggest only works by other artist (not personal works) You can only submit 1 deviation per day. That means that the artwork should be in fact excellent and special, with a few Favs, and with a few pageview of artist's gallery. And artist, who do not have DD in gallery too! It has to be in category: digital art, traditional art and photography. You must credit all stock images/brushes/textures etc that you use in the deviation (please state if you purchased stock or used your own). Your work cannot contain other's copyrighted images. We DONīT accept: - Art with: Pornography/Hentai, racism, discrimination, rips (stolen artwork), adult content, content with elements of violence and/or brutality, immoral scenes.Artworks must be beautiful, original and professionally performed showing high technical skills of the author You must respect the other artists who belong to the group. Weekly: promote 3 artworks in “Photo”, “Digital Art” and “Traditional Art” categories, we say “art-discoveries” of the week with prizes (3month sub). Monthly: promote 3 art-discoveries of the month in “Photo”, “Digital Art” and “Traditional Art” categories with prizes (3month sub and 500 points).for all the artists represented in the folder "DA-TalentScout" and got DD with our suggestion - 3 month sub  Scouts, whose suggestions were approved and accepted for addition into “DA-TalentScout” folder, receive 10 dev points. ! artist not suggest his personal work, only scout!(If you think, that your personal work is very beautiful, original and you're not famous artist - then you can write the note for group moderator *lilok-lilok) Scouts, whose suggestions were introduced as discovery of the week, receive 50 dev points. Scouts, whose suggestions were introduced as discovery of the month receive 100 dev points.Yearly: On our community’s birthday and for other parties we select and reward the most active Scouts |

EACH MEMBER (MEMBER) CAN SUGGEST ONLY WORKS BY OTHER ARTIST (NOT YOUR PERSONAL WORK!) You can suggest only 1 deviation (for DA-TalentScout) per day in our folder Favorites - subfolder Featured! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gallery of artist not has DD!!! fewer than 100 faves in all gallery, very rare we look the deviation up to 200 faves (if other artworks by this artist have less than 100 favorites)!!! Once you become a member, you are able to suggest the works by other dA members that will end up in our Favourites gallery. In these we look for originality, quality, proper crediting ... and this artists are not famous (unknown)! When you suggest a deviant's work please also check these things : Gallery by this artist must be original, beautiful and have few faves and pageview in gallery! Select Favorites, find folder "Featured", click “+ Suggested a Favorite” and select on the favorite artwork you suggest. this may be only the work of other artist, not your personal artwork. (If you think, that your own work is very beautiful, original and you're not famous artist - then you can write the note for group moderator *lilok-lilok) after a agreement of artist - this work will present in our gallery "DA-Talentscout" In gallery "Featured" are the work of our Administration and beautiful works of artists who already have many favorites and gallery of these artists have many watchers. If this art has few faves and non have DD in gallery and we like it - this work we present in the folder "DA-TalentScout" and this piece participates as a discovery of the week and month. Any deviations from the folder "DA-Talentscout" that were not chosen as the deviation of the week or the month continue to participate in further voting. |
